SW D-Allulose is produced by biocatalysis.

Bonumose: Crystallization, a new process used, the yield can be increased from the common 30-50% to 90%. The maltodextrin is directly converted into D-psicose by its unique enzyme, which simplifies the reaction steps and saves the cost greatly.

Catalyze D-fructose to D-psicose by epimerase, the product production process has high specificity and mildness, high yield and purity, and greatly reduces production costs. At the same time, the raw material D-fructose has a wide range of sources and exists in large quantities in nature, which is very suitable for the large-scale industrial production of D-psicose, which enables SW Company to ensure the long-term supply of D-psicose.

  • Allulose is closer to sucrose in sweetness than erythrose
